__A 50% deposit is required to hold your place for all workshops with the balance due on the day. My cheese workshops are very popular and someone else would like to take your place in the event you can't make it. A deposit encourages you to tell me if you need to change to another date!! Changes can be made for another workshop date if 'something comes up' up to one week prior to start date. Changes made within one week will incur a $25 change fee. Refunds will only be given in the event that the workshop needs to be postponed or cancelled.
