                    Cheesemaking Workshops

I am currently planning workshops to run throughout the South Island of New Zealand, so far with dates booked in for Christchurch and Invercargill.

If you would like to plan one for your area or join one that is currently running, please call Donna our Cheese Maker on 021 0222 8238 or send her an Email.

Home Made Cheese can be made using fresh milk from a cow, goat or sheep or you can use unhomogenised milk from the supermarket.

I will teach you how to make a variety of cheeses ranging from fresh cheese that can be eaten on the same day to cheeses that require aging for various lengths of time.
