Would you like to learn how to make your own homemade cheese?

You probably already have a lot of 'cheese making' equipment in your own kitchen already. Come along to a cheesemaking workshop and let me show you how easy it really is!

During the workshops I will teach you how to make a variety of cheeses ranging from fresh cheese that can be eaten on the same day to cheeses that require aging for various lengths of time. Homemade cheese can be made using fresh milk from a cow, goat or sheep or you can use unhomogenised milk from the supermarket. 

I am currently running cheesemaking workshops/classes throughout the South Island of New Zealand, so far with dates booked in for Christchurch, Invercargill and Te Anau.
